Castration

  Castration to remove the penis is major surgery with all the blood vessels and muscles and spongy tissue involved. The Hygiene problems are significant. Losing bladder control is a MAJOR issue and  a real chop off would mean a plug like a golf tee would be needed to stop the constant drip from the bladder and the smell involved.

 Removal of the nuts can be done easily by strangling (BANDING) the nut sac Until it finally dies and and falls off

A lot of long term of pain and later a big possibility of infection.

 In the old days the castrated males  were cauterized with hot irons and set in piles of material  for days until they healed some.

Removal of the Nuts by whatever means will result in the male losing about 90% of testosterone production, the remaining 10% is derived from other glands and sources as it is in females.  The male can still get erections but they will be far between.
